- The U.S. spends more on health care than all other high-income nations, yet we are the most unhealthy and diseased country.

- The number one cause of bankruptcy in the U.S. is due to medical bills. More than a quarter of U.S. adults (including those who have insurance) struggle to pay their medicals bills, which leads to financial crisis. It's estimated that 40% of Americans rack up debt resulting from a medical issue.

- Chronic Diseases causes about 70%of American deaths each year.

-Americans spend 60%of their waking hours sitting down.

- Physically inactive people are 45%more likely to develop depression and anxiety.

-Training our bodies can treat our brains. As of now, 65%of our nation's adults are obese, and 10%of the population is inactive or suffers poor nutrition. Exercise cues the building blocks in our brain that affects mood, anxiety, and attention; it guards against stress and reverses some of the effects of aging in the brain.

-Our brains responds to exercise like muscles. By exercising, our brains grow neurons that connects to one another like branches in a tree, blooming and growing bigger, enhancing our brain function at a fundamental level.

-Exercise spikes brain activity and has a positive impact on physical mood, attention, self-esteem, and social skills.

-Exercise is a LIFESTYLE. Like eating breakfast, going to work, or performing your daily routines. It's a decision to better your life for just 20-30 minutes at a time.

- Exercise drecreases depression, improves memory, quickens learning time, decreases bone density, helps wounds health faster, improves eye health, produces weight loss, slows the aging process, extends your life by as many as 5 years, decreases risk for heart disease, and just simply- makes you feel awesome about yourself!
